| Trained as a calligrapher privately with Vernon Shearer from Camberwell. Also briefly with Levan Rees, Heather Child, Sam Somerville. Worked as letter carver and sculptor since 1984. Recent projects include award winning paving at Nottingham Castle and public art work in Birmingham. Author of Advanced Calligraphy Techniques 1989.
