The Fry Art Gallery is celebrating the centenary of the births of Edward Bawden and Eric Ravilious with the first comprehensive exhibition of their work as designers.

Bawden and Ravilious balanced tradition and modernity so skilfully that they found eager clients among some of the best design patrons of the time, such as Curwen Press, Ealing Films, Fortnum and Mason, Imperial Airways, London Transport, Orient Line, Shell and Wedgewood. Their murals at Morley College in Lambeth in 1928 added to their fame, and each produced drawings and engravings for classic illustrated books.

We still have copies of the catalogue produced for the Letter Exchange 15th Commemorative Exhibition. These feature colour reproductions of the work exhibited by members and are on sale for just £12.00 including p&p. To order your copy, please use the email response form on the contact page.
