Full Members of Letter Exchange are invited to send contributions to our Year Book 21. This year the book will be printed so you do not have to supply multiple copies. Instead, we would like you to submit up to four A4 pages preferably in pdf format for us to collate into the Year Book.

As always, we suggest a theme which this year is Numbers. However, this is optional and should not prevent you from sending entries with a different theme if you wish.

Costs for contributing are:
£12.50 for a one page entry;
£20.00 for two pages;
£27.50 for three pages;
£35.00 for four pages.

Payment can be made by PayPal through the shop on our website (click here) or by other methods to
our Treasurer Annet Stirling.

Submission specifications
Please supply an A4 pdf file at 300dpi for each page you wish to include.
Pages should be black and white to keep costs to a minimum.
